Declan’s commitment to service and excellence has been a constant throughout his varied career, which spans from technology entrepreneurship to executive roles in financial services and telecom companies. A proud veteran, Declan served in the United States Air Force for over 14 years, where he honed his leadership and problem-solving skills. 

Over the last decade, Declan has been dedicated to coaching IT managers, instilling in them a strategic and thoughtful approach to leadership. This experience translates seamlessly into real estate, where he leverages his analytical skills and deep understanding of people to help clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes.

Declan’s enthusiasm for real estate stems from a lifelong interest in homes and neighborhoods, which he now brings to his role at New Waters Realty. His approach is client-centered, focusing on understanding and meeting the unique needs of everyone he works with. Whether it’s finding a perfect family home or selling a cherished property, Declan is committed to making every transaction as smooth and successful as possible.

Outside of real estate, Declan enjoys exploring the world on his motorcycle, channeling his competitive spirit into amateur race car driving, and delighting family and friends with his culinary creations. He lives with his wife, Selena, a kindergarten teacher, and enjoys spending time with their four grown children and granddaughter.
