Cassandra Crosby

Cassandra brings a unique perspective to the real estate market. Before becoming a licensed agent in 2025, she launched a successful home staging and redesign firm in 2017. She has had the privilege of working across Alabama and Georgia, closely collaborating with hundreds of realtors and clients to prepare and showcase homes through expert staging and redesign. Her work includes collaborations with HGTV and David Bromstad, host of The Lottery Winners’ Dream Home. Her creativity and impact have earned cover features in BOOM magazine and the River Region publication, and she’s authored articles on home staging, redesigning, and short-term rentals.

Beyond her professional achievements, Cassandra serves on several boards—including the Baptist Hospital Foundation, Alabama Shakespeare Theater, Montgomery Zoo, United Way, and Meals on Wheels. She also serves on the Leadership Alabama Regional Council and was appointed by the governor to the state Senior Services Board. Her community involvement reflects her deep commitment to making a positive difference in everything she does.

Prior to her career in real estate, Cassandra spent 19 years as the Principal Partner at Crosby Drinkard Group, a governmental relations consulting firm, representing Montgomery and Elmore County.

Cassandra is passionate about guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process. Whether you’re selling, buying, or redesigning your space, she offers compassionate expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Often called a Renaissance Woman, but most importantly, I am a lover of Jesus Christ.

Proudest Moment:

Becoming a grandmother to Madison, Maddox, Elijah, and Isaiah—without the parenting responsibilities! (HAHAHA)  I cherish spoiling them silly and enjoying every moment, even if I’m sending them home a little “sugar-juiced” and full of love.

First Job:

Serving on the admin staff at my church in Millbrook. It’s where I developed a heart for service and understanding the importance of selflessly helping others.

Favorite Place to Visit:

NYC — because it’s BIG, BOLD, and BUSY. I love the vibrant energy and always try to bring a bit of that back to Alabama.

I have to say walking on water would be cool being that I don’t swim.
