New Waters Realty is pleased to announce the addition of REALTOR® Shellie Weaver to its team of real estate professionals, bringing years of experience in residential real estate, new construction and client service to the brokerage.
Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, Weaver spent years working behind the scenes of the homebuilding and real estate process, coordinating transactions from contract through closing and working closely with buyers, sales agents, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and construction teams. That experience gave her an in-depth understanding of the many moving pieces involved in purchasing or building a home.

While new construction is one of Weaver’s specialties, her experience also includes existing-home transactions. Whether working with someone buying, building, or selling, she believes her role is to make the process easier to understand and to be a dependable resource from beginning to end.
