Spring is always a meaningful season in real estate. It is a time of growth, connection, and community, and recently our team at New Waters Realty had the opportunity to be part of all three.
We were proud to sponsor and attend the Lake Martin Area Association of REALTORS® Charity Golf Tournament, an event dedicated to supporting the Tallapoosa County Girls Ranch. This year’s tournament was a great success, raising approximately $28,000 to benefit the Ranch and the important work they do.
Our team showed up in more ways than one, hosting a vendor tent and having a team out on the course, including co-owner Mitchell Newell. Events like this are a reminder that real estate is about more than transactions. It is about relationships.

Throughout the day, we had the chance to connect with fellow agents, industry partners, and members of the Lake Martin community. Whether it was stopping by our tent, sharing a quick conversation between holes, or simply enjoying the atmosphere, the sense of community was clear.
At the heart of the tournament was its purpose, supporting the Tallapoosa County Girls Ranch. The work they do, providing a safe and stable environment for children, is something that truly matters. We are grateful to be part of an industry that comes together to support causes like this.

Being involved in events like this is an extension of who we are at New Waters Realty. Whether we are serving clients in Pike Road, Lake Martin, or throughout the River Region, we believe in showing up for the communities we are part of.

We are thankful to the Lake Martin Area Association of REALTORS, event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers who made the tournament such a success. We are already looking forward to more opportunities this season to connect, support, and serve.
If you saw us out there, stopped by the tent, or played alongside our team, thank you. We are glad to be part of this community with you.
