Trail to Education: A Link Between Home and School
One of the most convenient amenities for students and residents at The Waters is the Trail to Education, a path that leads directly from The Waters to the Pike Road Elementary School. The trail is accessible by foot, bike — and even golf cart. It is open year-round and offers students and parents a safe car-free route between home and school.
Welcome Military Families!
The Pike Road School district values the many families that live in our community who have ties to the military. Approximately 9% of our student body has military ties. As a district, we understand that military youth go through unique circumstances and situations, and we want every military family to know we are here to help. In addition, Pike Road Schools has a military liaison on staff designated to assist military families. The military liaison works with school administration and military program partners to meet the unique needs of military families and their students.

The Waters’ Preferred Builders were selected based upon a lengthy list of qualifications including craftsmanship, experience, client and trade references, credit history and enthusiasm. The Waters assembled this team of Preferred Builders to encourage a high level of construction quality and to facilitate good communication between the developer, the building team and the homeowner. They were selected to promote a sense of continuous improvement among all those involved in shaping the public and private realms of The Waters.
